It is important to us to successfully deliver your order and to make the ordering process as easy as possible. We have created this guide to give you information, and to ensure a successful delivery.
COVID-19 CORONAVIRUS DELIVERY & PICKUP INFORMATION We are following the NY State mandate on staffing and safety during these uncertain times.
HOSPITALS No Hospital Deliveries at this time
DELIVERY ORDERS - NO HOSPITAL DELIVERIES AT THIS TIME We are currently accepting website orders for non-contact / limited contact deliveries. Depending on the weather, Deliveries will be placed on the recipient’s porch, we will knock and ring the doorbell. We will also follow up with a phone call to the recipient phone number you provide during the checkout process. It is important that you provide the recipient’s phone number, NOT YOURS for this purpose. If it’s too cold, items may be returned to the shop and not left on porches. Due to COVID, we will not attempt deliveries to neighbors if the recipient is not home. If a neighbor is out and offers assistance, then we may leave it with them. If returned to the shop, we will wait for the recipient to respond to voice message and door tag. The door tag will direct them to call us or it will provide the location of where the delivery was left. When they contact us, we will reschedule delivery or pickup at our shop if they prefer.
RECIPIENT PHONE NUMBER Please be sure to provide us with an accurate phone number for the recipient, this is very important. We use this number when the recipient does not answer the door, which is surprisingly often. If the recipient is not home, depending upon weather conditions, the type of neighborhood, we will do our best to safely leave the flowers and call to let them know where the flowers were left. If the conditions are not right , we will need to call the recipient and ask them to call us to schedule redelivery. Due to the current conditions with COVID-19, we will not be attempting to locate a neighbor to accept delivery if the recipient is not home.
OUT OF TOWN DELIVERIES We are currently not accepting orders for areas outside our local delivery area that is listed below. Due to COVID-19 and the uncertainty of florist availability in out of town areas, we suggest you call a shop in the delivery area. You may find one by doing a Google search for florist in the recipients town / zip code
DELIVERY AREA Our current delivery area covers most of the Southtowns centered around Orchard Park, NY. Monday through Saturday as well as Mother’s Day (Sunday 5/9) Deliveries are usually completed by 4pm. Cutoff times may vary on given days for the foreseeable future.
As of now, we are not delivering to the North Towns or the City of Buffalo, other than 14220 South Buffalo, 14219 Blasdell , 14218 Lackawanna. This is a business decision that we will look at and reevaluate in the future and we apologize if this causes an inconvenience for you.

SAME DAY DELIVERY Deliveries are most commonly made from late morning through mid afternoon. We do give special attention to deliveries for faculty at schools as they often leave earlier in the day as well as businesses. If your order has a special delivery requirement please call or email us to ensure that we can accommodate it. You may also mention it in the Special Instructions area during online checkout. We do our best to fulfill the following: Deliveries to schools will be completed by 2pm. Deliveries to businesses will be completed by 4pm. Deliveries to residences will be completed by 5pm. We cannot guarantee a specific time of delivery. We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.
DELIVERY CONFIRMATIONS Our delivery confirmations are emailed out once the driver returns to our shop after completing the route your order was on. This pertains to customers who have an email address on file with us.
PICK UP ORDERS We are also accepting phone & website orders for pickup at our location, 4020 N.Buffalo Rd Orchard Park, NY 14127. During business hours, your pickup will be inside the shop. You may come in or call (662-4483) and we will run it out to you if prepaid online or over the phone. If after hours, Your order will be placed on our pickup station (Converted Covered Hay Wagon) located outside our main entrance. If your order is not there upon your arrival, (inclement weather) kindly call 662-4483 and we will run it out to you.
SHOWROOM OPEN Our showroom is now open Monday - Saturday 9am to 3pm with extended hours for Mother's Day Week / Weekend. 9am - 5pm
SYMPATHY & FUNERALS We are delivering to funeral homes. We have a number of offerings available online for Funeral Services. Normally we are closed on Sunday's but we will accommodate family funeral deliveries. If you are in need of custom funeral flowers or Sunday delivery, please call 662-4483 with your question or request
HOLIDAYS To help assure on-time local delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 2 day prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day. Our shop will always be closed on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day and Labor Day. Our website will not accept orders for Sunday delivery unless it's a specific holiday such as Valentine’s Day or Mother's Day that we deliver on and we stop accepting website orders earlier on these days. It is best to call us to verify we can accommodate your request.
